Kerry is a dedicated, driven and experienced programme and project manager.  Kerry has an outstanding ability to organise and manage business portfolios, scope remit, motivate teams, manage risk, issue, change and improvement to continually deliver quality product and business improvement results.

Kerry has 10 years of experience managing assessment projects and programmes within policing during which time she was an ambassador for improvement and lean thinking. Kerry managed numerous projects from entry, promotion, senior and specialist selection to larger review and change programmes.

With skills founded on an early private sector career implementing and maintaining quality assurance standards, along with a strong technical understanding of a range of project, programme and portfolio management methodologies Kerry has a broad range of management approaches that she can apply accordingly to the size, scale and scope of the work remit in question.

Her greatest personal strengths are creating innovation, building relationships, investigating issues and communicating comprehensively at a range of levels. These attributes have enabled Kerry to effectively lead teams and deliver client solutions time after time.
